Who We Are

Welcome to LPR Foundation, a public non-profit organization dedicated to supporting children and families in Colombia, that operates under the US organization Findaway4kids, through health and education initiatives. Since 2011, we have been operating locally, striving to make a positive impact in underprivileged communities. Our programs, including the Global Health Initiative in collaboration with Nicklaus Children’s Hospital, Dare to Believe, Christmas Smiles, and our latest endeavor, Raise and Shine, aiming to provide essential Educational resources and opportunities to children. Together, we are committed to ensuring that every child, regardless of resources, has access to quality healthcare and education

Why We Do It?

Mission

To improve the quality of life of patients and their families through support programs for at-risk or low-income infants and children, who suffer from highly complex health conditions and/or are in a condition of disability, providing guidance, accompaniment, early detection tests and/or delivery of aids, which mitigate the unsatisfied basic needs within the disease, while promoting through activities, social and cultural development to their families, in the search for wellbeing.

Vision

By the year 2025 LPR Foundation will have operational offices in 3 departments of the Colombian Caribbean region, with cooperation agreements established with more than 10 health institutions and impacting more than 2000 people through the programs offered.

Financials

LPR Foundation is a private foundation organized in accordance with the rules of the Colombian Civil Code and other laws and regulations of the Republic of Colombia that govern and regulate such organizations, which institutions have as their purpose the interest of the community, without profit, whose purpose is to direct the efficient and sustainable use of resources.

In furtherance of the foregoing, the board of directors may establish policies governing the distribution of funds under its supervision to limit access to and/or restrict the use of its funds to the extent and in such manner as determined by the board of directors from time to time in its sole discretion.

According to the established on the Decreto 2150, the 20th of December 2017, the Fundación de Caridad LPR, identified with the NIT 901.167.177-0, will request the qualification on the Régimen Tributario Especial for 2019. This is the concerning documentation:
