Operation Christmas 2018 Colegio IDPHU

On the eve of Christmas 2018, with the help of IDPHU students from Barranquilla, recycled shoeboxes were decorated to be filled with toys and letters full of positive messages. They were delivered to children from La Guajira, Colombia who are not in the best social conditions.

After the gift packaging at IDPHU School, a visit to La Guajira, Colombia was organized to deliver the shoeboxes with the letters for the children and the toys inside. The day occurred in January 2019 in the municipality of Mayapo, La Guajira where the typical rancherías of indigenous families are located.
